Last week, we got to recognize Mr. Jason Fleming for his impact as a teacher, coach and member of Edgewood’s STEM leadership team.

While making an impact on students teaching full-time and coaching multiple sports, he also worked alongside the STEM team to help lead the effort to earn Edgewood’s STEM certification.

Known as a supportive, behind-the-scenes leader, Jason plays a key role in helping both students and staff succeed through real-world learning and collaboration.

Fun fact: He’s also part of the Edgewood team that prints Tiger Tuesday t-shirts each summer!

Glad you asked! Every two weeks, Warsaw Community Schools unites in their Tiger Tuesday shirts and we take the time to surprise and celebrate an individual who unites others.

Recipients are honored with a small gift, a video highlight, and the joy of being recognized in front of their peers. These moments shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to bring people together, support others, and spread positive energy across our schools.
