Happy Tiger Tuesday!

We are excited to announce our #WarsawUnites recipient...

Leonard Gagnon

Warsaw Community High School

This week, we have the pleasure of honoring Leonard Gagnon, the PAC Technician at Warsaw Community High School, for his incredible behind-the-scenes work at the Warsaw Performing Arts Center.

Leonard was nominated multiple times for the way he supports students, staff, and community members alike. Leonard works hard to make sure lights, sound and logistics all come together to create unforgettable performances at the PAC. He is the true definition of a team player and someone who always puts others first.

Leonard’s surprise recognition was extra special with his family there to celebrate alongside him.

We’re so grateful for all he does to keep the PAC running smoothly and professionally!

Thank you, Leonard, for your servant leadership and commitment to excellence! #WarsawUnites

What is Tiger Tuesday?

Glad you asked! Every two weeks, Warsaw Community Schools unites in their Tiger Tuesday shirts and we take the time to surprise and celebrate an individual who unites others.

Recipients are honored with a small gift, a video highlight, and the joy of being recognized in front of their peers. These moments shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to bring people together, support others, and spread positive energy across our schools.
