8th grade history classes enjoyed some outside time as they learned about Push and Pull Factors in American History.  Basically, they heard all about the good, the bad, and the ugly in Europe, all factors in why people decided to either stay or leave Europe to go to the unknown American colonies.

The Exploring Agriscience class is exploring Natural Resources and Sustainable Energy Solutions by designing and testing wind turbine blade types.  Students are creating a wind turbine design to produce the most voltage and also investigating direct current and series/ parallel circuits.

Mrs. Fisher and Mr. Ringler confounded their social studies students today by introducing them to 6 different types of government!  Mrs. Eberhardt, teacher librarian, helped in the classrooms as students looked up information about these various governmental systems and how they all came to be.  We found out that our government is a representative democracy.
