As of Monday, May 14, no more charges will be allowed. Students must plan accordingly and make sure they know how much is on their food account daily. They can access this through the WCS website http://www.warsaw.k12.in.us/ and click on foodservice.
Advanced Art students are working collaboratively with Madison Elementary. The Madison students are studying bees, chicks, butterflies and caterpillars. Pictured here is Claire's bee and Anna's butterfly. Mia and Marin designed the chicken piñata.
The Edgewood Middle School Academic Super Bowl teams competed in one of the regional competitions Saturday at Tippy Valley and came away with outstanding results. The science, math, and interdisciplinary teams all earned first place and social studies earned second. The English team was faced with exceptionally tough questions but fought hard and did their best. Of the seven teams there Edgewood earned first overall. Now the scores will be sent to the state to see how we compare to the rest of the state results. Congratulations Edgewood!
A reminder as the weather warms up, shorts and skirts/dresses must be a minimum of fingertip length, leggings must be covered up with a top to fingertip length, holes in the jeans must be fingertip length or below and all shirts should be worn on or above the shoulders. Shirts that are "off the shoulder" are not to be worn. A reminder to all students, no undergarments should be showing. Thanks to all for helping us keep the focus of our school on education!
