Thank you to Mr. Heinz Fussle and his sister Hildegard for coming to Edgewood!  They spent the day presenting to Mrs. Fisher and Dr. White's 7th grade social studies classes.  As children, the Fussles lived in Germany when Adolph Hitler came into power.  They shared memories of stories and pictures of life at that time, leaving students with the message that we all need to step in and fight for what is right.

Mrs. Fisher and Mr. White's students are working on a new project suggested by Mr. Howard.  This project is a review for the students of what they learned earlier this school year.  The students are making poster boards with information on them about the history of different ancient civilizations.  (reported by one of the social studies students)
