EDGEWOOD DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

DATE:  Monday, May 13th, 2019

LUNCH: Today’s menu choices are Boneless Chicken Wings with Roll, Rib-B-Que Pork Sandwich, or PB & Jamwich with String Cheese & Pretzels, Sweet Potato, Wango Mango Juice, Choice of Fruit, and Milk.

There will be a Cross Country Callout for 8th grade girls in Mr. Fleming's room Tuesday, May 14th at 7:05a.  If unable to make this meeting, please see Mr. Fleming during passing periods.

Today is the last day to turn in dodgeball teams...see a PE teacher with questions.  If you'd like to come to watch the tournament tomorrow, the cost is $1 per person. We'll also have some concessions available.  Again all proceeds go to the Kailey Lynn Zehr Memorial Scholarship Fund, JOIN US TOMORROW AFTER SCHOOL.

Edgewood Cares will be hosting its final fundraiser of this school year. The fundraiser, back by popular demand, is the teacher and staff raffle. Your teachers and staff have donated either items or experiences for you to enter to win. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only you can buy as many tickets as you want for $1 each and put them in the jars on the stage of your choice during lunch. The more tickets you enter, the better chance you have of winning.  Some of the things up for raffle are lunch and entertainment for you and friends provided by a teacher, gift cards, baked goods, gift baskets, a guest DJ spot, teacher makeovers, and more. This is a great opportunity to give back to local Warsaw charities so be sure to bring your money starting today!

The cafeteria will be stopping all charges as of today. All negative accounts need to be paid back as soon as possible. Be sure to have money in your account for each day’s food costs.

FCS will meet tomorrow morning at 7:00a in Mr. Brumbaugh’s room.

Come watch the Middle Schools Band Concert on tonight May 13th. The concert will be held in the Lakeview Middle School auditorium starting at 7:00p. Performing will be the 6th grade band, and the beginning, intermediate, and advanced bands.  Admission is free.

Today we will follow the odd bell schedule to allow time for NWEA testing.  Tests will be conducted in math and language arts classrooms.

Congratulations to the Boys’ and Girls’ Track teams on the first place finishes at the conference championships on Saturday.
